“I think the only player we’re going to recover is Kepa. It is difficult for me, not only the goalkeepers but every position. Every week I have difficult decisions to make and I try to pick a team I think is best to start the game," Iraola said.

"Sometimes it is not the best team because I also have to think of the end of the game, but natural decisions I will have to make. I would say it is a different week but probably in the end it is just three more points for us, an important three points.

Kepa did play a key role when Bournemouth beat City's title rivals a few weeks ago. And speaking after that impressive win, the Spaniard was full of praise for his compatriot Iraola.

“He’s one of the best coaches in the league, and this is the strongest league, which says a lot about him. You have a mix of coaches and a mix of styles in the ," the keeper said.

"But the team is very much in tune with what the coach wants and we are lucky to have a manager like him. I’m very proud to be part of this team and for our people who came to see us play against Arsenal, they can see our spirit and we gave them a beautiful evening.

“When you play teams high in the table like Arsenal, you have to be very good in both boxes. You have to take your own chances and defend your own box - from there you can build something and we did that well.”

Saturday's trip to Brentford is Bournemouth's final game before the November international break. They currently sit 10th in the table and can move into the European qualification places with a win.
