Strictly Come Dancing star tries 'DIY facelift' and says 'it's vicious'

Strictly Come Dancing star and TV presenter Angela Scanlon has revealed her 'natural facelift' technique, claiming 'the glow is worth it'. The Robot Wars host, who was partnered with professional dancer Carlos and secured 6th place in the 2022 series, shared her beauty secret in an video.

In the clip, the 40 year old mother of two can be seen plunging her face into a bowl filled with ice cubes. She said: "Glacial facial anyone? ? A DIY face lift that'll give you brain freeze and make your cheeks feel like they're falling off but the GLOW, oh the GLOW is worth it."

She added that the benefits are endless - reducing inflammation, boosting blood circulation, balancing sebum production for a clearer and healthier glow. Not to mention the holistic benefits too - these mini ice bath facials can activate the vagus nerve pathways and reduce the body's natural stress response, without having to do a full ice bath I'll any day!
