Mainpuri (Uttar Pradesh) [India], October 27 (ANI): Expressing confidence in the Samajwadi Party's victory in the upcoming bypolls, SP MP Dimple Yadav on Sunday stated that the bypoll results would mirror those of the Lok Sabha elections.
Criticising the current state of governance in Uttar Pradesh, Dimple Yadav highlighted the breakdown of law and order in the state.
"SP leaders and workers have already begun campaigning for the elections, and the results will be historic. Unless the government addresses the state's issues, no real development can take place," she asserted.
"Unemployment is at an all-time high in the state, and law and order are virtually absent. Farmers are discontented with the government; the entire system in Uttar Pradesh is in disarray. I am confident the bypoll results will reflect those of the Lok Sabha," Yadav added.

Earlier, SP leader Shivpal Yadav claimed that the party's candidate, Tej Pratap Yadav, would secure a decisive win in the Karhal assembly constituency, with the INDIA bloc winning across all contested seats.
"Tej Pratap will win with a significant margin... The BJP will lose all nine seats, and INDIA bloc candidates will emerge victorious in each," Shivpal Yadav told ANI.

On Saturday, the Samajwadi Party released a list of 19 star campaigners for the upcoming by-elections across nine assembly seats in Uttar Pradesh.
Key figures in the list include SP Chief Akhilesh Yadav, Rajya Sabha MP Ram Gopal Yadav, and Jaswantnagar MLA Shivpal Yadav.
Nine of the ten vacant assembly seats in Uttar Pradesh will go to polls on November 13, with the exception of Milkipur in Ayodhya district.
The SP star campaigners list also features party MP Dimple Yadav, Avadhesh Prasad, and Jaya Bachchan.
The Election Commission has announced that bypolls will be held on November 13 for nine of the ten vacant assembly seats, excluding Milkipur in Ayodhya.
The bypolls will be contested across nine seats, including Meerapur, Kundarki, Ghaziabad, Khair, Karhal, Phulpur, and Katehari. (ANI)
