War 2 marks the entry of director Ayan Mukerji into the YRF Spy Universe, as well as his first collaboration with the banner. Earlier this year, the teaser for the film created a massive buzz, and anticipation has only grown since then.

The film brings together two powerhouse performers—Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR—for what is being billed as an explosive on-screen clash. With adrenaline-pumping action, a star-studded ensemble, and a strong emotional core, War 2 is designed to be a cinematic spectacle.

A pan-India release, War 2 will launch in Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil, and is already set for a wide rollout with over 7,500 screens booked globally. The film will also enjoy an exclusive three-week run in IMAX, further underlining its grand scale and cinematic appeal.

As the next chapter in the expanding YRF Spy Universe, War 2 is shaping up to be one of the biggest theatrical events of 2025.
