If you have to go out, then definitely wear sunglasses. It protects the eyes from the strong rays of the sun and also prevents dust and dirt from entering the eyes. Try to buy glasses that have UV protection, so that the eyes do not get much damage.
Cool the eyes
It is common to have irritation and fatigue in the eyes in summer. In such a situation, wash the eyes with cold water two to three times a day to cool them. You can also put cucumber slices or rose water strips on the eyes, this will give relief to the eyes and make them feel fresh.
Reduce screen time
Due to excessive use of mobile, laptop or TV, the eyes get tired and feel dry. If you stay in front of the screen for a long time, then take a break of a few seconds every 20 minutes and look away. This will give relief to the eyes and prevent the problem of dry eyes.
Stay hydrated and adopt the right diet.

Get enough sleep
