Anil Kapoor’s mother, Nirmal Kapoor, passed away on Friday at the age of 90. Her funeral took place on Saturday, and many celebs attended it. On Saturday evening, many Bollywood celebs visited Nirmal Kapoor’s house to offer condolences to the family, and one of them was Aamir Khan. The actor was accompanied by his girlfriend Gauri Sprat.

Boney Kapoor’s Statement On Her Mother’s Demise
After Nirmal Kapoor passed away on Friday, Boney Kapoor shared a statement on Instagram on behalf of his family. The statement read, "Passed away peacefully on the 2nd of May, 2025, surrounded by her beloved family. She lived a full and joyful life, leaving behind four devoted children, loving daughters-in-law, a caring son-in-law, eleven grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and a lifetime of treasured memories. Her generous spirit and boundless love touched all who knew her. She will remain in our hearts--forever cherished, forever missed.”
Nirmal Kapoor Prayer Meet
On Saturday, Boney Kapoor, on Instagram shared the details of his mother’s prayer meet. The prayer meet will take place on May 5, 2025, at JW Marriot Juhu, between 5-6 pm.
