The 100-Day Action Plan, rolled out under the directives of Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Deputy Chief Minister and Housing Minister Eknath Shinde, emphasizes efficient and timely public service delivery. MHADA’s Vice President and CEO, Sanjeev Jaiswal, IAS, has directed all regional boards to organize *Janata Darbar Dins* as part of this initiative.
During the session, citizens voiced concerns over delayed allotment of rehabilitation units to transit camp residents, non-receipt of units post redevelopment of cess properties, hold-ups in occupancy certificates affecting possession, and the need for document verification for tenants in redeveloped buildings.
The Chief Officer personally reviewed each complaint and assured prompt and fair action, reiterating MHADA’s focus on responsive and transparent governance.
