Their brood of 22 includes Chris, Sophie, Chloe, Jack, Daniel, Luke, Millie, Katie, James, Ellie, Aimee, Josh, Max, Tillie, Oscar, Casper, Hallie, Phoebe, Archie, Bonnie, and Heidie.
On Sunday's episode, the couple discussed their marriage and relationship, pointing out it was "unique" they were each other's first partners.
Noel admitted: "Us only having ourselves as partners it must make our lives more simpler!" to which Sue added: "Most people who get married have had relationships before!"
This prompted Noel to point out: "In a new relationship, you might be great but if you've got an ex breathing down your neck because they want maintenance, they want this, you're not seeing your kids this weekend. All that sort of pressure is going to be difficult isn't it!"
To which Sue responded: "It is a lot easier because we don't have any baggage from other relationships or stuff like that. In that respect our marriage is very simple!"
Feeling reflective, Noel said: "I just couldn't even imagine if we split up and you got into a new relationship and you said to your new partner: 'Oh is it alright if the kids come round?'"
To which Sue joked: "It's just no, they'd just run a mile wouldn't they? No!" with Noel quipping: "We're sticking with each other really, we've got too much baggage!
"We've not experienced another relationship to know how that one would work or what went wrong in that so how does our [relationship] work so well?"
Sue praised their team work, pointing out that was the secret to their success. Feeling romantic, Noel sweetly commented: "Someone once described us as swans because when they [swans] find a partner they live together forever don't they swans?"
With a touched Sue responding: "Aw that's what we're like, two swans!" However, Noel quickly poked fun at his wife, joking: "Does that mean we started off as ugly ducklings?"
A clip of the moment was posted on the the Radford family's Instagram ahead of the episode.
The family's 537K followers were quick to share their support and love for the couple. One person said: "Don't ever split" with a heart emoji, a different account put: "Just the sweetest xx", another wrote: "They beautiful souls x" while another fan added: "I just love these 2" with a heart emoji.
22 Kids and Counting airs at 8pm on Sunday nights on Channel 5.
