Jedward expose mortifying truth about Chris Hughes as he calls X Factor twins 'annoying'

X Factor stars have hit back at star after he called them "annoying Irish twins". Dance Mom's star JoJo Siwa, 21, who has been growing close to Love Island's Chris Hughes, 32, spoke to in the Diary Room on Wednesday after the housemates took part in a healing sound bath led by ' Patsy Palmer.

After JoJo and Drag Race UK star Danny Beard engaged in a heart-to-heart after the US star put Danny up for eviction, the pair put their negative energy to bed as they talked it over in the garden. However, while speaking to Big Brother, JoJo further called out Danny as she revealed that he had been calling her and Chris 'the Jedward's'.

When asked by Big Brother if she knew who Jedward are, JoJo said that she had never heard of them in her life, but that Chris had told her that they were these "two annoying Irish twins". JoJo insisted that she didn't have a clue who twins John and Edward Grimes were, but eagle-eyed fans have flocked to X to remind the star that she not only met them, but posed in a picture with them last year.

The Dublin-born twins took to X at the start of the month to share the throwback snap of them posing with JoJo at a festival. Alongside the snap, the twins wrote: "Last year we told to do she's our triplet with Jepic energy your welcome."

Now, Jedward have shared their thoughts on Chris after the star called them 'annoying'. Taking to X after tonight's instalment of the show, John and Edward hit back by saying: "It's wild Chris said what he said cause he’s all over JoJo who is the girl version of us! We didn't know who Chris was until told us."

And it wasn't long before Jedward's fans rushed to support them after their brutal dig at Chris. One social media user wrote: "I haven’t watched this season's show but it deffo seems like he’s clung onto jojo for airtime ! You’re not annoying, I hate how people still perceive you both as who you’s were like 14/15 years ago?! like get with the times, recycling jokes now."

Another quipped: "I still don’t know who Chris is. Can you get Gemma to tell me." While another echoed: "Just shows he’s really playing a game! Using JoJo to get more airtime when in reality he obviously finds her annoying."

After JoJo's confession, fans flocked to the post to let Jedward know what JoJo had said. "I think she forgot," one quipped. Another echoed: "Ummmm she's literally just said she doesn't know who you are on national TV." Someone else added: "Not JoJo forgetting who Jedward are. Literally the most unforgettable twins on the planet."
