Singer Paloma Faith has broken her silence on online comments towards her reaction to being the first one murdered in BBC's Celebrity Traitors last night - as well as her daughter's savage comments towards Alan Carr.

The show, which started this week, saw a cast of 19 celebrities enter the famous Scottish castle withClaudia Winkleman - who chose her three Traitors.

After a tough decision she chose Alan Carr, Jonathan Rossand Cat Burns as the three with the power - and their first challenge was to murder in plain sight.

During last night's episode, it was revealed that Alan Carr had chosen to 'murder' his best friend Paloma Faith by sneakily touching her face.

Paloma has made it no secret that she was disappointed to be leaving the show, and she's not the only one as she revealed her daughter told her the Chatty Man is 'banned' from their house.

Tonight, Paloma appeared on The One Show for her first live interview after the brutal murder.

Speaking about how Alan was feeling now, Paloma laughed: "He went out so he didn't have to watch it. But I'm sure he'll be fine, because everyone loves him. By next week everyone will forgive him because he'll just be funny again."

However, it looks like Alan won't be forgiven by Paloma's four year old daughter, as she revealed the savage comment she made after watching the episode last night.

"This morning, she woke up, shook me and said, 'Mama, I don't like Alan anymore. He can't come to our house. You can't invite him to our house again,'" she laughed.

Later speaking on the online reaction she'd had received for not hiding the fact she was disappointed with her exit, Paloma added: "I do think it's important to just acknowledge the fact that some people online have been quite angry about me expressing disappointment, which I find quite a weird concept.

"Why aren't we allowed in our culture to just say, 'Yeah I'm a bit upset that I wasn't there. I was really looking forward to being there.' I think it's fine to just go, 'I really psyched myself up for that and I was having a great time.' It was really abrupt and short.

"It's okay for me to say it wasn't ideal. I don't have to be that humble to say, 'Yeah it's great oh my god!' I packed six suitcases," she laughed.

Earlier today,Paloma addressed the 'killing' on Instagram, which she captioned: "Honestly. GUTTED. No words." One fan asked the singing star: "I thought @chattyman was your friend," as she responded: "So did I."

On the Traitors Uncloaked last night Paloma said she wouldn't have made the same decision if the shoe was on the other foot, but she forgives Alan for his decision.
