Eurovision viewers were left questioning whether a stage invader was "part of the act" during tonight's live semi-final (May 13).
Estonian rapper Tommy Cash was performing his divisive song Espresso Macchiato when a woman wearing jeans a white t-shirt that read 'I love Tommy Cash' burst onto the stage and ran towards the artist.
While initially held back by the dancing security guards on stage, she was then beckoned forward by Cash and jumped into his arms. He carried her around the stage while still singing, before placing her down.
The woman kept touching Cash before he nodded, seemingly checking she was ok. They then performed an in-sync dance routine, signalling to viewers the alleged security breach was actually a part of the performance.
However, some of those tuning in were unsure as to whether the incident was staged.
"The stage invader got me," admitted one viewer, while another quetsioned: "Huh, what was that fan going on stage part of the act?"
