Stir the mixture gently until it becomes thick and creamy. While the porridge cooks, melt one tablespoon of butter in a pan and add two bananas, sliced lengthways, with a half tablespoon of brown sugar.
Cook them until they are golden and caramelised and then pour the creamy porridge into bowls, then top with the sticky bananas.
Next, drizzle with maple syrup or honey and sprinkle with cacao nibs and a handful of chopped nuts for some extra crunch. Finally, finish with an extra spoonful of tahini for that rich, nutty kick.
