The best part about the veteran actor is his friendships in the industry, most of the actors respect him a lot and he even has made some great friends in Bollywood. One of his friends in the industry was late actor Sunil Dutt, father of Sanjay Dutt. The two shared the screen space in many films including Shaan, Reshma Aur Shera and Dostana but little did we know, Sunil 'hated' Big B's voice in the start.

I used to find his voice strange, it was booming).’" Sunil Dutt 'HATED' Big B's voice Further, she added, "In fact, Dutt sahab (Sunil Dutt) told me, ‘We hated his voice. His voice sounds similar to a radio jockey.’ They made him play a mute character in Dutt sahab’s movie. It’s the same baritone voice that we now associate with him. Nobody understood that the voice will become bigger than the actor himself."For the unversed, apart from playing the lead role, Sunil Dutt also directed Reshma Aur Shera.On the work front, Amitabh made headlines for his exceptional portrayal of Ashwatthama in Nag Ashwin's Kalki 2898 AD. His latest film Vettaiyan, which marks his onscreen reunion with Rajinikanth after a 32-year gap, is presently playing in theatres.
