Pune: A 21-year-old BCA student and his mother were attacked with iron rod at Pargenagar in Kondhwa around 7.30on on April 22 over a parking dispute.
The student registered a complaint with the Kondhwa police on Wednesday and accused four people of abusing and attacking him and his mother.
In his complaint, the student said on the day of the incident, he was in the process of parking his car in their reserved place. He noticed that a biker residing in the society had parked the vehicle behind his car.
A police official said the student approached the biker and requested him to remove the vehicle and park it elsewhere. The biker and his wife picked up a dispute. Their son and daughter also joined the scuffle.
The official said after the dispute between the two parties became violent, the four people thrashed and attacked the student on his head and hit his mother with an iron rod before fleeing.
The student was later admitted to the Sassoon General Hospital. The police have registered a complaint relating to voluntarily causing hurt and common intention under the BNS.
