Kochi: Association of Malayalam Movie Artists (AMMA) discussed the allegations raised by actor Vincy Aloshious, who accused an actor of misbehaving on a film set under the influence of drugs. AMMA's ad hoc committee took up the matter on Wednesday following her statements on social media. AMMA issued a statement that it will take appropriate disciplinary action if it receives a formal complaint naming the person and if the said actor is a member of the organization.
Earlier, Aloshious had said that she would no longer work in films alongside such problematic individuals. She revealed that her decision stemmed from a distressing experience at a film set. A co-actor misbehaved with her and a fellow actor was allegedly under the influence of drugs. She described the experience as extremely difficult and said it prompted her to take a firm stance.
