In conversation with Bollywood Bubble, Nushrratt shared that during a recent visit to her grandmother, she was once again urged to get married. Her grandmother expressed concern about her age and her parents growing older, emphasizing the need for someone to care for Nushrratt.

The actress also mentioned that her father echoed similar sentiments, saying the family is tired of urging her to get married. However, she clarified that she doesn’t argue about it at home and believes she’ll marry when she meets the right person—something neither she nor her family has been able to do yet.

Open to Arranged Marriage, But With Conditions

She further shared that she's open to arranged marriage and has met many potential partners through her parents' suggestions. However, she hasn't found the right one, especially since some expect her to quit acting. She added that she chooses the food for these meetings, so she enjoys at least the meal, if not the match.

Nushrratt mentioned that what appeals to her about arranged marriages is the clear expectations people have from their partners. However, she has often been asked to give up her acting career post-marriage—a condition she politely declines, knowing it’s something she’s not willing to compromise on.
