JABALPUR: A 32-year-old man fatally stabbed a 30-year-old married woman half a dozen times in front of her three-year-old daughter in Jabalpur on Monday evening for rejecting his marriage proposal. She succumbed to the wounds at Jabalpur medical college late on Tuesday.
The victim, Kavita Gupta, lived in Baldeobag where the accused Naman Patel moved around two years ago. The two became friends on social media, police said.
