An elephant from Kerala became a hero after rescuing a stuck SUV from a riverbed. Thiruvegappura Sankaranarayanan , guided by its mahout, pulled a white Toyota Fortuner that had three wheels submerged and was unable to move.
A video of the rescue, shared by Instagram user Said Alavikoya, has received over two million views and attracted widespread attention on social media.
Following instructions, the elephant wrapped its trunk around a rope tied to the front axle of the vehicle and pulled it back onto solid ground.
The video’s caption reads, “Thiruvegappura Sankaranarayanan. Our little elephant.”
